Sodexo is currently seeking a General Manager 3 for Environmental Services / Custodial at the UH Parma Medical Center located in Parma, OH. This pivotal role focuses on leading and managing the Environmental Services and Housekeeping teams within a healthcare setting, ensuring a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients, visitors, and staff. The General Manager will be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores through stellar customer service and effective communication with all levels of hospital staff. This includes working closely with infectious control departments to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
