This job opportunity is with a restaurant independently owned and operated by a franchisee licensed to use McDonald's trademarks and food products. Although it operates under the widely recognized McDonald's brand and delivers the high standards associated with McDonald's restaurants worldwide, this franchisee is a separate and distinct company from McDonald's USA. Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- prior experience managing restaurant operations
- proven ability to lead and develop management teams
- knowledge of customer service standards
- ability to meet McDonald's quality and cleanliness standards
- strong organizational skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience in high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants is preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail management
- strong leadership and team development skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
- lead and coach Department Managers
- monitor department progress and provide direction
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- manage daily operations and staff scheduling
