Employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are managed solely by the franchisee, making them your direct employer if hired for this position. McDonald's USA exercises no control over these employment decisions and does not receive copies of employment applications or have any involvement in the hiring process.
