Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Experience managing high volume restaurant locations
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Knowledge of McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Capability to make sound business decisions

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a General Manager in a high-volume quick service restaurant
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven ability to meet business goals and financial objectives
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • Background in hospitality or retail management is preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met
  • Lead and develop Department Managers and Shift Managers to achieve set goals
  • Create and implement business plans to achieve restaurant profitability
  • Hire, train, and retain employees to build a strong leadership team
  • Monitor restaurant performance and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
