Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Experience managing high volume restaurant locations
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Knowledge of McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Capability to make sound business decisions
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager in a high-volume quick service restaurant
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to meet business goals and financial objectives
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Background in hospitality or retail management is preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met
- Lead and develop Department Managers and Shift Managers to achieve set goals
- Create and implement business plans to achieve restaurant profitability
- Hire, train, and retain employees to build a strong leadership team
- Monitor restaurant performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
