This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. It is important to note that this franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. All employment-related decisions, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling, are managed solely by the franchisee. McDonald's USA does not participate in employment decisions or receive copies of applications. This role offers a unique chance to work within the globally recognized McDonald's brand environment, supported by the operational standards and business practices of an independent franchisee who manages the local restaurant operations.

The position available is for a General Manager, a leadership role critical to the successful operation and profitability of the restaurant. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of management experience in quick service restaurants or related fields
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and train staff
  • Commitment to customer service excellence
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
