Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of management experience in quick service restaurants or related fields
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and train staff
- Commitment to customer service excellence
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience
- Experience running high volume locations
- Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to work with diverse teams
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Age 18 or older
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- Ensure the restaurant meets quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create action plans
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Department Managers
- Support hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers
- Monitor progress toward departmental and restaurant goals
- Provide coaching and direction to improve team performance
