This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. It is important to note that this franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. All employment-related decisions, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling, are managed solely by the franchisee. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of management experience in quick service restaurants or related fields
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and train staff
  • Commitment to customer service excellence
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience
  • Experience running high volume locations
  • Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to work with diverse teams
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Age 18 or older

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant
  • Ensure the restaurant meets quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create action plans
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Department Managers
  • Support hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers
  • Monitor progress toward departmental and restaurant goals
  • Provide coaching and direction to improve team performance
