This job opportunity is offered at a restaurant that is independently owned and operated by a franchisee licensed to use McDonald's brand, logos, and food products. Unlike working directly for McDonald's USA, this franchisee operates as a separate company and is the actual employer for this position. As such, all employment decisions including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are exclusively managed by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA.
