Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
- minimum five years of hotel management experience
- at least two years in a general manager or assistant general manager role
- experience with Marriott brand or select-service hotels preferred
- strong knowledge of hotel financial statements, budget management, and labor control
- ability to manage multiple departments effectively
- proficiency with hotel property management systems and operational tools
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- commitment to guest service excellence and leadership
Job Qualifications

- strong understanding of hotel financials and performance metrics

Job Duties
- lead and oversee all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast operations
- ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards in daily operations
- manage staffing, training, and performance management of all employees
- conduct routine property inspections and maintain safety and cleanliness standards
- manage financial performance including budget, profit and loss statements, labor control, and expense management
- develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR
- monitor guest feedback and lead initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction
