Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
  • minimum five years of hotel management experience
  • at least two years in a general manager or assistant general manager role
  • experience with Marriott brand or select-service hotels preferred
  • strong knowledge of hotel financial statements, budget management, and labor control
  • ability to manage multiple departments effectively
  • proficiency with hotel property management systems and operational tools
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • commitment to guest service excellence and leadership

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field

  • experience managing select-service or Marriott-branded hotels preferred
  • strong understanding of hotel financials and performance metrics
  • proven leadership skills in team hiring, training, and development
  • excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • familiarity with hotel systems and technology platforms

Job Duties

  • lead and oversee all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast operations
  • ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards in daily operations
  • manage staffing, training, and performance management of all employees
  • conduct routine property inspections and maintain safety and cleanliness standards
  • manage financial performance including budget, profit and loss statements, labor control, and expense management
  • develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR
  • monitor guest feedback and lead initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction
