The role of General Manager (GM) is pivotal within our organization. This position requires a dynamic leader responsible for managing a profitable restaurant while ensuring that every location meets stringent Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards. The GM reports directly to the Operations Supervisor and manages a team of Shift Managers, with a shared goal of operational excellence. The General Manager will play an essential role in setting restaurant objectives, developing actionable plans, and driving performance through effective team leadership. Open availability is required for this role, reflecting the need for flexibility in managing day-to-day operations.
