Wendy's offers robust benefits to support its employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance options, and a 401(k) plan with employer match. Paid training is provided to help new General Managers develop the skills necessary to lead effectively and uphold the high standards of Wendy's. Additional perks include an employee discount program and complimentary meals during shifts, creating a supportive and rewarding work environment.
The ideal candidate for the General Manager role is a dedicated leader at least 21 years of age who is passionate about leadership development, team growth, and customer service excellence.
