The role being offered is a leadership position responsible for driving the daily execution of the Mo' Bettahs brand at the restaurant level. This position requires a hands-on leader who is proficient in both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations. The leader will ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant, uphold Mo' Bettahs' quality standards, and increase same-store sales. Managing line speed by monitoring transaction times is also essential. This role acts as the primary contact for customer service issues and overall customer satisfaction, emphasizing leading by example and embodying the Mo' Bettahs values and Aloha spirit.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating and leading weekly meetings with the management and training teams, reviewing employee schedules, and completing necessary operational reports such as inventory and staffing guides. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the Mo' Bettahs culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and security standards. They will uphold company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook, ensuring the team follows them consistently.
This leadership role demands excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to motivate and develop team members. Candidates are expected to have a proven track record of managing up to 40 team members, with experience in talent identification and development. The role requires a commitment to continuous learning through obtaining required trainings and certifications as needed. The position offers a competitive base salary between $55,000 and $70,000 annually, with additional monthly and annual bonus potentials based on store performance and employee retention. - Two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management
- Proven track record of successfully promoting team members

Job Duties
- Lead the execution of the brand daily
- Competent in all FOH and BOH positions
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant, FOH and BOH
- Responsible for same store sales growth
- Responsible for line speed to be measured using transaction times
- Serve as primary point of contact for all customer service matters and responsible for overall customer reviews
- Handle the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Mo' Bettahs standards
- Coordinate and lead weekly meetings with Manager in Training, Off-Premise Coordinator, and Certified Trainer
- Review weekly employee schedules
- Complete weekly reports, self-reporting, people PAR staffing guide, complete online ordering, inventory
- Have a thorough knowledge of the Mo' Bettahs culture
- Follow all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, security, and maintain a neat and clean appearance
- Adhere to and ensure all employees follow proper policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
