Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant management or a related leadership role
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle physical requirements such as bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Capacity to work in varying temperature conditions and near open flames
- Must maintain constant communication with team members
- Ability to sit, squat, kneel occasionally
- Must work in a safe and alert manner
- Flexible to work in tight or outdoor spaces occasionally

Job Duties
