Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of management experience in restaurant, retail, or guest service
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work full-time hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to learn new systems and tools
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience or a combination of education and experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Ability to work full-time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to learn new systems and tools as introduced
  • Preferred ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Experience with sales building, profit and loss statements, recruitment, and training
  • Knowledge of store systems such as Toast, CrunchTime, GoSpotCheck, EcoSure, TeamworX, Medallia, Workday, Beekeeper
  • Valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

Job Duties

  • Ensure the store is fully staffed for upcoming shifts including timely schedule updates and effective staffing decisions
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team through goal setting, accountability, inspiration, and consistency
  • Execute and oversee team training programs and onboarding initiatives
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition to team members
  • Model and uphold company policies and ensure a safe environment for team members and guests
  • Lead by example to inspire and empower team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Facilitate timely resolution of employee, customer relations, supply chain, and asset management issues
  • Drive strategies to improve guest satisfaction, service speed, and loyalty
  • Take ownership and lead store performance focusing on sales, profitability, and operational excellence
  • Manage supply chain processes and inventory to ensure efficient resource allocation
  • Utilize financial planning to manage budgets and analyze trends within the Operating Statement
  • Manage inventory and waste to ensure operational efficiency and minimize loss
  • Maintain rigorous standards in food safety, sanitation, and health protocols
