Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience or combined experience and education
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work full-time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to learn new systems and tools

  • Willingness to learn new systems and tools
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days preferred
  • Experience with sales building, profit and loss statements, recruitment, and training preferred
  • Knowledge of store systems including Toast, CrunchTime, GoSpotCheck, EcoSure, TeamworX, Medallia, Workday, Beekeeper preferred
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Ensure the store is fully staffed for upcoming shifts including writing store schedules in a timely manner
  • Develop team member engagement strategies and foster internal growth
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team through goal setting and accountability
  • Execute team training programs and onboarding initiatives
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to enhance team performance
  • Model and uphold company policies and ensure a safe environment
  • Use assigned Caribou systems and tools appropriately and timely
  • Lead team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Facilitate resolution of employee, customer relations, supply chain, and asset management issues
  • Drive initiatives to improve guest satisfaction, service speed, and loyalty
  • Lead store performance to drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
  • Manage store schedules including inventory and promotional events
  • Oversee supply chain and asset management to ensure accurate stock levels
  • Utilize financial planning to manage store budgets and analyze trends
  • Manage Operating Statement and financial inputs focusing on sales growth and expense management
  • Create enthusiasm and focus on meeting sales goals
  • Support operational excellence to drive in-store sales
  • Manage inventory and waste to minimize loss
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health protocols
