Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Proficient in MS Office and restaurant management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Directing the daily operations of a restaurant
- Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability
- Ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer
- Managing staff recruitment, training, and retention programs
- Overseeing inventory and supplies
- Maintaining the physical condition of the restaurant
- Monitoring budgets, controlling costs, and analyzing financial reports
