Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience managing a restaurant or similar operation
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle inventory and labor planning
  • Capacity to foster collaboration and work under pressure
  • Physical ability to perform job-related tasks such as bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working near open flames
  • Must maintain effective communication with multiple people
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures and tight spaces

  • Manage inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability
