Job Requirements

  • 4+ years culinary industry managerial experience
  • cake decorating experience a plus
  • bachelor degree preferred in business administration and/or hospitality degree
  • excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • basic computer skills and knowledge of microsoft office word excel and pos platform
  • ability to manage multiple locations
  • ability to lead motivate and build efficient teams
  • high energy and engaging personality with professional demeanor
  • ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time 8+ hours a day
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays according to customer demand
  • servsafe food protection manager certification holder or willing to obtain certification within 30 days of employment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree preferred in Business Administration and/or Hospitality degree
  • 4+ years of culinary industry managerial experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and POS platform
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High energy and professional demeanor

Job Duties

  • Manage multiple restaurant locations to ensure operational excellence
  • Lead, motivate, and develop efficient teams to enhance performance
  • Oversee daily operations including staffing, inventory, and customer service
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and safety in compliance with regulations
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and POS systems for reporting and management tasks
  • Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays to meet customer demand
  • Obtain or maintain ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification
