Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in customer service, print/prepress, or order management
  • prior experience in a print shop or production-adjacent role is a plus
  • strong administrative and communication skills, especially via email and phone
  • familiarity with invoicing systems, quoting tools, and customer tracking software

Job Duties

  • Serve as the first and primary contact for customers: order intake, email communications, issue resolution, and relationship-building
  • Handle all front-office tasks including quoting, invoicing, proofing, and job tracking
  • Coordinate with off-site production and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment
  • Provide a high-level customer experience to generate repeat business and referrals
  • Manage daily operational tasks: order flow, vendor coordination, and inventory
  • Oversee financial elements such as pricing accuracy, job costing, and value-added percentage management
