Job Duties

  • Hiring, training, managing, supervising, directing, and developing team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
  • Demonstrating a fair, firm, and fun leadership approach and leading by example
  • Managing profit and loss statements to exceed financial expectations weekly, monthly, and annually
  • Resolving employee concerns promptly with thoughtful solutions
  • Celebrating team successes and coaching for continuous performance improvement
  • Setting clear expectations and providing ongoing feedback
  • Creating a positive and enjoyable work atmosphere during shifts
  • Communicating the importance of tasks to employees by explaining the broader purpose
  • Using performance metrics to evaluate Drive-In operations and implement improvements
  • Engaging with the local community to grow sales and enhance brand visibility
  • Maintaining and enforcing SONIC’s safety and sanitation standards
  • Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
