Job Duties
- Hiring, training, managing, supervising, directing, and developing team members to deliver excellent guest experiences
- Demonstrating a fair, firm, and fun leadership approach and leading by example
- Managing profit and loss statements to exceed financial expectations weekly, monthly, and annually
- Resolving employee concerns promptly with thoughtful solutions
- Celebrating team successes and coaching for continuous performance improvement
- Setting clear expectations and providing ongoing feedback
- Creating a positive and enjoyable work atmosphere during shifts
- Communicating the importance of tasks to employees by explaining the broader purpose
- Using performance metrics to evaluate Drive-In operations and implement improvements
- Engaging with the local community to grow sales and enhance brand visibility
- Maintaining and enforcing SONIC’s safety and sanitation standards
- Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
