Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 5 years of leadership experience in hotel or hospitality management
- prior experience managing P&L and financial reporting
- demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- knowledge of operational standards and safety regulations
- ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments
Job Qualifications
- previous General Manager experience is preferred
- previous Rooms Operations experience
- ability to quickly adjust with demands of varying business levels
- solid Commercial Services acumen
- excellent interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with ownership, corporate teams, colleagues, clients and vendors

Job Duties
- oversee the overall strategy, performance and profitability of the property
- align with Hyatt's core values to maximize revenue and profit opportunities and ensure efficient management of the property asset
- lead a team with integrity to build trust and cultivate positive guest and colleague experiences
- continuously improve all areas of the property and adapt to changing environments
- manage owners' assets focusing on maximizing returns and Hyatt's value proposition
- develop, execute and evolve a multi-year business strategy centered on brand positioning

- oversee property financials including departmental P&Ls and financial reporting
- challenge and enhance current practices to meet quality expectations
- optimize sales and revenue management strategies
- maintain a well-maintained facility to preserve asset value
- lead capital planning and utilization for property improvements
- embrace technology and digital initiatives to enhance performance
- ensure safety of colleagues and guests
- align property operations and services with Hyatt brand standards
