Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or similar position
- Proven leadership skills with experience coaching and motivating teams
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficient understanding of financial management including budgeting and profit and loss
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Energetic and positive demeanor ready to face daily challenges
