Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- ability to stand, walk, squat, bend for prolonged periods
- ability to lift over 50 pounds
- capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
- agility and physical stamina required
- must assist in training and developing new hires
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to taste, see, and smell to test products
- reliable transportation
- current ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- valid Food Handler Permit as required by local laws
- compliance with all local health department regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
- experience in coaching and developing teams in a retail or food service environment
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong leadership and communication skills
- proficiency with financial management and inventory control
- ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Job Duties
- Manage store operations to meet financial goals including sales, labor, and food costs
- supervise and direct staff activities including hiring, training, scheduling, and disciplinary actions
- maintain inventory levels and control food waste while ensuring product quality
- oversee cash handling and financial reporting including bank deposits and invoice payment authorization
- ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational policies and procedures
- coordinate store maintenance and equipment upkeep as per manufacturer guidelines
- execute marketing, promotional, and public relations activities in collaboration with the District Manager
