Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
ability to stand, walk, squat, bend for prolonged periods
ability to lift over 50 pounds
capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
agility and physical stamina required
must assist in training and developing new hires
ability to write simple correspondence in English
ability to taste, see, and smell to test products
reliable transportation
current ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
valid Food Handler Permit as required by local laws
compliance with all local health department regulations

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
experience in coaching and developing teams in a retail or food service environment
availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
strong leadership and communication skills
proficiency with financial management and inventory control
ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Job Duties

Manage store operations to meet financial goals including sales, labor, and food costs
supervise and direct staff activities including hiring, training, scheduling, and disciplinary actions
maintain inventory levels and control food waste while ensuring product quality
oversee cash handling and financial reporting including bank deposits and invoice payment authorization
ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational policies and procedures
coordinate store maintenance and equipment upkeep as per manufacturer guidelines
execute marketing, promotional, and public relations activities in collaboration with the District Manager
