- must be 18 years or older
- capable of managing a high-volume restaurant
- strong leadership abilities
- excellent communication skills
- ability to collaborate with and lead a management team
- knowledge of operational standards in the quick service restaurant industry
Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience running high volume restaurants
- background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail strongly desired

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald\'s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- maintain high operational standards and customer satisfaction
