Job Duties
- Ensure day-to-day business operations run smoothly
- assist with training, recruiting, HR and administrative duties
- assist with financials and statement preparation
- assist the General Manager with customer service inquiries
- organize, run and supervise daily opening and closing shifts ensuring exceptional guest and employee experiences
- provide guidance and leadership to hourly and management teams fostering company culture
- respond effectively to guest and employee needs and feedback
- manage costs, drive sales, and support financial goals
- partner with management to interview, hire, onboard, train, supervise, and develop all back-of-house employees
- perform regular and ad hoc inventories of food, beverage, and restaurant supplies
- place orders and inspect deliveries
- promote teamwork across all teams
- handle challenges with tact and patience
- work varied shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and travel as needed
- move and lift weights as required by restaurant operations
