Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to meet company standards
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
- Control inventory, order food and supplies, and monitor cost of goods
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain sanitation standards
- Respond promptly to guest complaints and ensure excellent customer service
- Develop staffing schedules to cover busy periods and maintain labor cost targets
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to uphold quality and safety
- Foster a safe work environment and handle accident reports properly
- Maintain accurate financial and payroll records and adhere to budget requirements
- Communicate with district management on operational issues and achievements
