Job Requirements

  • Must be ServSafe certified
  • Must be certified Moe's Manager
  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Ability to supervise 15-25 team members
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multitasking and work pressures
  • Ability to conduct effective interviews
  • Ability to maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Previous restaurant experience is a must
  • Knowledge of computers including MS Word and Excel
  • Valid drivers license
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Agree to a background check

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability
  • Ensure 100% guest satisfaction in areas of quality, service & cleanliness
  • Respond to guest complaints and take necessary actions to retain customers
  • Provide direction and leadership to team members on operational and procedural issues
  • Maintain staffing plan, conduct interviews, and follow hiring procedures
  • Develop team members through ongoing feedback and performance reviews
  • Enforce food safety standards and ensure compliance with health inspections
  • Manage food ordering, receiving, storage, and waste control to maximize quality and minimize losses
  • Ensure security procedures protect guests, employees, and assets
  • Manage shifts effectively and investigate mystery shopper or customer reports
  • Adhere to financial targets for sales, labor, and costs
  • Utilize monthly P&L statements to improve profitability
  • Maintain accurate financial reporting including payroll and invoices
  • Book community events and maintain strong local presence
  • Promote a positive work environment and uphold company standards
