Job Description
The Restaurant General Manager at this quick service restaurant is the executive leader focused on profitability, guest experience, team management, and daily operations. Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience, with management experience preferred
- Some understanding of P&L interpretation and management
- Ability to prioritize work and time effectively
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Understanding of Guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have open availability
