Job Description
Burger King, a renowned fast-food chain known for its flame-grilled burgers and fries, is seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a single restaurant and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and desired outcomes, including increased sales, profitability, and employee retention. The General Manager will lead the restaurant management team, manage financial controls, operations, people development, and ensure compliance within the restaurant across all shifts. This position requires working long and irregular shifts, including extra shifts as necessary, overseen by a District Manager and directly managing Team Members, Shift Coordinators, and Assistant Managers. Interaction with various stakeholders such as restaurant team members, district managers, customers, field operations team members, and vendors is essential for seamless operations.
