Holy Family Manor, located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, is a senior living facility dedicated to providing a home-like atmosphere for its 240 residents. This facility embraces a care model that treats residents like family, prioritizing comfort, respect, and personalized service. To support this mission, Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 1 - Multi-Service to oversee essential operations including dining services, housekeeping, and laundry. This leadership role involves managing a team of three managers and approximately 45 hourly staff, ensuring that all service areas maintain high standards of quality and resident satisfaction. The General Manager will report directly to the District Manager and play a critical role in enhancing the overall experience of residents through effective coordination and management of multi-service operations.

The role entails comprehensive management responsibilities, from evaluating and improving meal service and housekeeping programs to collaborating with clinical and interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care. The General Manager is expected to maintain exemplary food quality and presentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This role also focuses on creating a safe and clean environment for residents, visitors, and staff while exceeding Sodexo's Gold Check standards and achieving successful regulatory inspections and audits.
