The role of General Manager 1 at Sodexo for the K-12 School operation at Fountain Hills USD is a pivotal leadership position based in Fountain Hills, AZ, serving a vibrant campus with 1100 enrolled students. As the General Manager, you will report directly to the District Manager for Arizona and lead a dedicated team of up to eight employees. This position requires a hands-on leader capable of balancing both back-of-the-house and front-of-the-house operations with flexibility and adaptability. The primary focus is to oversee daily operational functions, ensuring the fulfillment of contract commitments with a keen eye on regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements
- Have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
- Has experience working within K-12 services and National School Lunch Program (NSLP)
- Can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
- Prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
Job Qualifications
- Minimum education requirement - high school diploma or GED
- Minimum management requirement - 2 years
- Minimum functional experience - 2 years of relevant experience in school nutrition programs
- Experience working within K-12 services and National School Lunch Program (NSLP)
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
- Professional communication skills and a passion for high customer service levels
