Job Description

The role in question is for a leadership position within Five Guys that offers a starting salary of $60,000 to $70,000 annually, with the added opportunity to earn performance-based bonus rewards. General Managers and Assistant Managers who join the company immediately become eligible for comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, and participation in a 401(k) plan with a match. Additionally, there is an Employee Assistance Program and an Employee Relief Fund supported by the ownership and staff, as well as up to 12 weeks of paid Family Bonding Leave for General Managers and Assistant Managers. This role offers real, defined working hours in locations that typically operate from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm, without the pressures of drive-thru service.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of restaurant management experience with financial accountability
  • Ability to work operational hours from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring food quality and customer satisfaction

  • Conduct secret shop quality checks and address any required improvements
