Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
  • Access to an insured vehicle for delivery duties
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends
  • Ability to adhere strictly to company policies and standards
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in retail or food service management preferred
  • Strong leadership and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in math and cash handling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate all necessary equipment and technology
  • Experience in customer service and team supervision

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of store operations including cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling and paperwork
  • Maintain perfect store image and adherence to operational standards
  • Deliver excellent customer service and foster team punctuality and attendance
  • Manage marketing and profitability targets
  • Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are met
