Job Description

Water's Edge Dermatology, founded in 1998 by Dr. Ted Schiff, is Florida's largest and most respected full-service skin care provider. Starting from a single clinic, it has grown to encompass over 80 locations and employs more than 1,900 team members statewide. This esteemed dermatology group is known for its comprehensive support system, including access to a powerhouse network of Mohs surgeons, plastic surgeons, and vein specialists. The organization prides itself on being physician-centric, managing administrative tasks and allowing its dermatologists to focus purely on the art and science of dermatology. Water's Edge Dermatology is dedicated to delivering top-tier dermatologic care in modern, state-of-the-art facilities designed to empower physicians to provide individualized care.

This opportunity is for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to lead thriving practices located in Merritt Island and Titusville, Florida. Situated in the hub of NASA's Kennedy Space Center, these locations provide a unique blend of cutting-edge innovation and coastal living. As a dermatologist with Water's Edge, you will step into an established, mature patient base that guarantees instant volume from day one. The role offers total autonomy with a full-time but flexible schedule that respects your personal time and lifestyle balance. The compensation structure is designed for elite performers, offering substantial income potential that rewards your dedication and expertise.

Life in the Merritt Island and Titusville areas is truly unique, providing a quality of life that blends the excitement of space exploration with the serene beauty of coastal living. Each day might begin with a sunrise surf or a peaceful walk along the Atlantic shore before heading to work. Your clinical environment will be supported by a high-energy, world-class team focused on ensuring the best patient care. Afternoons might include rewarding patient cases in your advanced suite, complemented by lunch in the charming and historic Titusville — a town charged with the ambition and history of the nearby Kennedy Space Center.

Outside of work, you may experience the extraordinary local phenomena such as watching Falcon 9 launches from your front porch or kayaking through the bioluminescent waters of the Indian River Lagoon. Water's Edge Dermatology nurtures a culture that combines professional excellence with exploration and wonder, making it more than just a place of work — but part of a fulfilling lifestyle. If you are a high-caliber dermatologist poised to take the helm at this prestigious practice and embark on a career path that offers both clinical satisfaction and superior quality of life, this mature and thriving opportunity on the Space Coast may be the perfect fit for you.
