The role of the Games Attendant at Main Event is central to ensuring an engaging and safe environment on the games floor. This position is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic, technologically savvy, and passionate about creating fun moments for guests. As a Games Attendant, you will be knowledgeable about all the games and entertainment options available, capable of making recommendations tailored to guests' interests and needs. Your responsibilities will include monitoring game activities and safety protocols, maintaining cleanliness and stock levels of games and redemption areas, and assisting guests with point redemption questions. You will also perform minor repairs on equipment and collaborate closely with the Technical Team to report any wear-and-tear or damage, ensuring that all attractions remain in excellent condition.

This role demands a guest-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to teamwork. You will contribute to creating memorable experiences by delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the overall fun and safety standards of Main Event. This position offers a dynamic work environment with varied tasks such as greeting guests, monitoring activities like laser tag and rock climbing, maintaining cleanliness, performing opening and closing duties, and engaging with guests to enhance their visits. Compensation ranges from $7.25 to $11 per hour, reflecting the importance of this role in the day-to-day operations of Main Event Entertainment.   • monitoring activities such as laser tag, mini golf, gravity ropes, and rock climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean, and safe

  • making sure the games and Winner's Choice redemption area are clean and stocked
  • assisting guests with questions regarding point redemption
  • performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests
  • partnering with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment
  • performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties
