We are currently seeking a Cashier to join our dynamic team. This position is essential as the face of our service, responsible for collecting payments, salesmanship, and customer reception. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage financial transactions accurately. Cashiers will be responsible for greeting customers, providing information on rates, services, and promotions while ensuring a positive customer experience at all times. Candidates should be adept at multitasking, able to operate computer systems efficiently, and maintain professionalism during customer interactions, whether in person or over the phone. The position involves responsibilities such as issuing receipts, processing refunds and credits, entering discount codes, communicating clearly over radios, and preparing cashier shift reports.

This is a full-time role with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 1 pm to 9 pm, summing up to 40 hours per week. We offer a competitive bonus structure including a $500 bonus after 90 days of employment, reflecting our commitment to rewarding dedication and performance. Job Requirements

  • Cashiering experience of 1 year or more
  • Able to calculate and perform basic arithmetic functions

  • Ability to operate a computer keyboard and mouse

  • Greet and be available to customer for customer service related issues
  • Possess positive customer service skills
  • Must be able to answer inquiries about all rates, services and promotions
  • Utilize etiquette and professionalism during all customer interactions - phone or in person
  • Accurately process revenue transactions and receive payment by cash or credit card
  • Issue receipts, refunds, credits or change due to customers
  • Accurate data entry of discount code
  • Communicate clearly over radio
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Salesmanship skills are required to sell memberships
  • Ability to prepare necessary cashier shift reports
  • Compliance with company rules, policies and standard operating procedures
  • Able to troubleshoot in a fast paced environment
