The Fine Dining Server role at Lenbrook Square Foundation is a full-time position focused on delivering premium service in an upscale dining venue. This position requires a professional who possesses advanced knowledge of wine, spirits, food preparation, and ingredients, along with excellent communication skills to effectively convey menu details and specials to guests. The ideal candidate will act as a role model and set the tone for other servers by demonstrating superior service techniques and style. Key responsibilities include anticipating and addressing the needs of residents and guests, practicing exceptional service recovery skills, and maintaining a clean, safe, and polished environment. The role is highly interactive, requiring a polished appearance, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a patient and tactful demeanor, especially when working with older adults. The Fine Dining Server is also responsible for adhering to all safety protocols, including fire safety procedures, and ensuring confidentiality of residents' personal and medical information. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years' front-of-the-house experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality
