Job Requirements

- Availability for Saturday shifts
- Availability for opening or closing shifts
- Ability to work 40 hours per week

- Capability to handle team member behavior and performance management
Job Qualifications
- Be 21 years or older
- Be proficient in English to effectively communicate with guests
- Have a strong desire to serve guests and team members with care
- Demonstrate the ability to connect with the team to promote unity
- Show motivation to grow and develop leadership skills
- Consistently uphold the culture and brand of Chick-fil-A
- Partner with other leaders towards common goals
- Ability to manage team member behavioral and performance issues
- Availability for Saturday shifts and opening or closing shifts
- Commitment to working 40 hours a week
Job Duties
- Open or close and lead shifts as a key holder
- Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Offer immediate and respectful responses to guests' needs
- Assist in training new hires and set the tone for shifts
- Act as a role model and be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Count drawers and finalize daily financials
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and spoken
