Job Requirements

  • Availability for Saturday shifts
  • Availability for opening or closing shifts
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week

  • Capability to handle team member behavior and performance management

Job Qualifications

  • Be 21 years or older
  • Be proficient in English to effectively communicate with guests
  • Have a strong desire to serve guests and team members with care
  • Demonstrate the ability to connect with the team to promote unity
  • Show motivation to grow and develop leadership skills
  • Consistently uphold the culture and brand of Chick-fil-A
  • Partner with other leaders towards common goals
  • Ability to manage team member behavioral and performance issues
  • Availability for Saturday shifts and opening or closing shifts
  • Commitment to working 40 hours a week

Job Duties

  • Open or close and lead shifts as a key holder
  • Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
  • Offer immediate and respectful responses to guests' needs
  • Assist in training new hires and set the tone for shifts
  • Act as a role model and be a friendly, encouraging team player
  • Count drawers and finalize daily financials
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and spoken
