Job Description

Chick-fil-A is a renowned fast-food restaurant known for its dedication to excellent service, positive work culture, and leadership development. As one of the leading quick-service restaurant chains in the United States, Chick-fil-A emphasizes building a strong and caring workplace culture driven by high-performing leaders who influence their teams daily. The company prioritizes delivering remarkable guest experiences through teamwork, accountability, and a positive environment. Each location is typically operated by independent franchised business owners who make local employment decisions and are deeply invested in supporting their team members and giving back to the community.

Working at Chick-fil-A is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to grow as a leader in a supportive and growth-oriented team setting. Their management roles focus not only on the operational success of their restaurants but also on the personal and professional development of leaders who will ultimately make a positive impact beyond the walls of the restaurant. Managers are empowered to lead day-to-day operations, collaborate with team members and fellow leaders, and cultivate a culture that prioritizes guest satisfaction and team member accountability.

This full-time management position offers a consistent schedule with AM shifts from 5am to 2pm, and PM shifts from 2pm to 11pm or 3pm to 11pm, totaling 40 hours per week. The role requires availability for Friday and Saturday shifts, with Sundays off to support work-life balance. Managers at Chick-fil-A are expected to play an active role in opening or closing the restaurant, leading shifts as key holders, and ensuring smooth, high-volume operations in a fast-paced environment. They participate directly in operational activities, provide immediate and respectful responses to guest needs, and assist in training new hires while modeling positive behavior and teamwork.

In addition to leadership responsibilities, the position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package that includes one week of paid time off after six months in the role, flexible scheduling, scholarship opportunities, 401(k) retirement plan, dental insurance, health insurance, vision coverage, and employee discounts. Chick-fil-A is committed to fostering leadership development, encouraging strong communication skills, and building a team-focused environment where managers and employees alike can thrive.

This role is ideal for individuals who are driven by service, enjoy connecting with team members to create unity, and desire personal growth within a reputable and community-minded company. Managers at Chick-fil-A learn transferable skills beyond restaurant operations that help them grow as leaders both inside and outside the workplace. This leadership development path aligns with Chick-fil-A’s commitment to stewarding its culture and brand while making a positive impact on the communities it serves.
