Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school or G.E.D. graduate preferred
- 1-2 years of restaurant supervisory experience preferred
- complete Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, and MAP Core courses
- complete food handling training and local or state certification
- complete Safe Alcohol Service training if applicable
- available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- reliable attendance
- energetic and friendly attitude
- accurate cash handling and math skills
- effective communication in English
- ability to work both independently and with a team
- ability to follow direction
- excellent time management and organizational skills
- ability to recruit, train, and lead others

- bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school or G.E.D. graduate preferred
- minimum of 1-2 years restaurant supervisory experience preferred
- completion of three basic management courses within Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program
- basic food handling training and local or state mandated certification
- safe alcohol service training
- excellent guest service skills
- strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- ability to work independently and in a team
- conflict resolution skills
- bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Job Duties
- Train and coach team members to serve food and drinks courteously and timely
- interact verbally with guests creating a friendly atmosphere
- complete assigned administrative functions
- ensure cash handling procedures comply with company policies
- manage alcohol service according to laws and regulations
- conduct inventory and ordering
- accept and audit deliveries
- adhere to budgets and increase profits through cost management and sales growth
