Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- able to stand and walk 6-8 hours during an 8-hour shift
- able to perform single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- capable of bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- tolerance for temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to use tools and equipment such as knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and heavy machinery
- may require ladder use

Job Duties
- Washes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares
- maintains cleanliness of kitchen floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves
- assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage and rotation of products
- arrives to work station on time, groomed, and ready to work
- provides excellent customer service and addresses customer needs
- maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storage, and merchandising
- follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures
- maintains clean and sanitary working environment
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties
- reports safety hazards promptly
- performs other duties as assigned
