Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience in customer service or related field
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Flexible work schedule including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to handle physical demands of cleaning tasks
  • Willingness to perform various duties beyond core responsibilities
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred
  • One year of experience in customer service or similar position
  • Previous housekeeping experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of hotel public areas including the lobby, hallways, sidewalk, brass awning poles, signage, entrance, and alley
  • Clean and set up meeting room functions according to function sheets
  • Perform deep cleaning duties including shampooing rooms and public spaces
  • Set up and maintain complimentary hotel lobby functions such as morning coffee service and nightly concierge events
  • Deliver housekeeping items to guest rooms upon request from the front desk
  • Receive assignments, keys, pager, and special guest requests at the start of shifts
  • Check and replenish cleaning supplies and tools
  • Respond quickly and courteously to guest requests
  • Return lost items to housekeeping with proper documentation
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed beyond listed duties
