Job Requirements
- Janitorial experience including hotels, hospitals, clinics and hospitality settings
- knowledge of medical cleaning compliance
- knowledge of carpet and floor work
- quality assurance inspection ability
- front-facing customer relations experience
- bilingual English and Spanish a plus
- reliable automobile and insurance
- covid and flu shots required
- ability to pass a background check for highly secured areas
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Inspect client buildings to maintain quality standards and contract scope of work
- provide customer relations and resolve issues at hand
- ensure buildings have proper supplies to complete scope of work
- understand cleaning chemicals, bio-hazard and blood pathogen protocols
- travel regularly to each client building
- conduct quality assurance inspections
- comply with medical cleaning standards
