Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven housekeeping or cleaning experience
Ability to work efficiently and independently
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
Must be punctual and reliable

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
Customer-oriented and friendly
Prioritization and time management skills
Working quickly without compromising quality

Job Duties

Cleaning hotel rooms including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and public areas
Changing bed linen and making beds
Replenishing room amenities such as toiletries, drinking glasses and writing materials
Inspecting rooms for any damages or maintenance issues and reporting them to management
Vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture and cleaning windows
Restocking cleaning supplies and linen closets
Removing trash and dirty linen from rooms
Following health and safety regulations to prevent accidents
Providing additional cleaning services as required such as deep cleaning carpets and upholstery
Responding to guest queries or complaints in a timely and professional manner
