Within Elior North America's healthcare division, Cura Hospitality is a leader in serving hospitals and healthcare centers with exceptional food service operations. The Baton Rouge, Louisiana location is currently seeking a Full-Time Food Service Supervisor to join its team. As a Food Service Supervisor with Cura Hospitality, you will play a critical role in managing the daily operations of meal preparation and service within a healthcare environment. The supervisor is responsible for providing hands-on guidance and oversight to the kitchen and service staff, ensuring that meals are prepared according to company recipes and contractual obligations. This position demands a strong focus on maintaining high standards of meal quality, food safety, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is someone with at least one year of supervisory experience overseeing multiple employees, who demonstrates excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and a comprehensive knowledge of food service processes are vital to success in this role. Within the first 90 days of employment, the Food Service Supervisor must obtain ServSafe Manager Certification, ensuring full compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
