Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience supervising multiple employees
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge
  • ServSafe Manager Certification (required within the first 90 days of hire)

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience supervising multiple employees

  • An advanced degree in culinary arts or a related field (nice to have)

Job Duties

  • Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
  • Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
  • Supervising multiple employees and managing team workflow
  • Monitoring food safety and sanitation practices
  • Coordinating production schedules and inventory management
  • Maintaining detailed records in compliance with industry regulations
  • Fostering a positive and productive work environment
