Maintaining optimal stock levels to guarantee meal preparation requirements are met and upholding a clean and sanitary kitchen environment are also essential functions of your role. Food safety and compliance with health regulations will be a priority, including monitoring holding and storage temperatures and adhering to HIPAA privacy rules to maintain resident confidentiality. Participation in daily production meetings and ongoing training opportunities supports continuous professional growth and aligns with HumanGood's commitment to excellence.
This position is ideal for someone with previous culinary, food service, or restaurant experience, who holds a Food Handler's Certification, with ServSafe Certification preferred.
