Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or hospitality
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- attention to detail
- good interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- experience in coffee roasting or barista roles preferred
- knowledge of specialty coffee and brewing techniques
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- passion for coffee and willingness to learn
- basic math skills for inventory management
Job Duties
- roast coffee beans to specified profiles
- prepare and serve coffee beverages to customers
- maintain cleanliness and organization of cafe and roastery
