Candidates will receive full training to master the bakery’s processes and should be prepared to work in a sometimes fast-paced bakery environment. This position requires early morning availability with shifts starting between 4:30am and 7am, and weekend work is essential as well. As a bakery team member, you will be part of a close-knit team focused on excellent customer service and operational excellence. The job includes baking tasks like mixing dough, prepping bagels, whipped cream cheese production, and other prep work, as well as front-of-house responsibilities such as running the cash register, assisting customers, and keeping the lobby tidy. The company ensures a supportive learning environment, providing full training so newcomers can thrive and contribute to the team’s success. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move quickly under pressure is necessary.
