- Experience in a retail baking environment (preferred)

Job Duties
- Following recipes to create quality baked goods
- Maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and the kitchen
- Ordering ingredients and taking inventory regularly
- Ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation procedures
- Using a variety of kitchen tools to prepare baked goods
- Assisting with quality control of baked products
- Collaborating with other kitchen staff to meet daily production goals
