Job Requirements

  • Ability to follow recipes and proper food handling and sanitation procedures
  • Experience using various kitchen tools for baking
  • Basic math skills for inventory and ordering
  • Ability to work onsite full-time
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience using a variety of kitchen tools to produce baked goods
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Basic math skills for inventory management
  • Ability to follow recipes accurately
  • Experience in a retail baking environment (preferred)
  • Good organizational and time management skills

Job Duties

  • Following recipes to create quality baked goods
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and the kitchen
  • Ordering ingredients and taking inventory regularly
  • Ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Using a variety of kitchen tools to prepare baked goods
  • Assisting with quality control of baked products
  • Collaborating with other kitchen staff to meet daily production goals
