- Minimum of 3 years of progressive retail experience
- Prior management experience preferred

Job Duties
- Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
- Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports
- Identify training and development opportunities for direct reports
- Understand and model the company core values and strategy
- Monitor the competitive environment and inform direct leader of necessary adjustments
- Provide product feedback and recommendations to the direct leader
- Participate in the interviewing process for store personnel
- Communicate weekly information, team milestones, developments, and concerns
- Ensure adherence to inventory procedures, product handling guidelines, and cash control policies
- Resolve operational customer concerns in the leader's absence
- Identify and rectify hazards, maintain store equipment
- Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage
- Assist in stock ordering and merchandising
- Ensure product quality and accurate signage
- Assist with store payroll, total loss budget, inventory counts, and training
- Supervise day-to-day team operations and escalate issues when necessary
- Ensure timely and effective completion of assigned responsibilities
- Comply with company policies and procedures and uphold security and confidentiality
