With multiple dining venues, full bar services, and banquet facilities, Southminster creates an upscale, fine dining atmosphere that rivals some of the finest restaurants in the city. Beyond just providing meals, the community fosters a sense of belonging and joy for both residents and team members, making it an enriching place to work and grow. As a year-round operation, Southminster continues to innovate and enhance the lifestyle of its residents, blending compassionate service with professional excellence in every aspect of its offerings.

The Dining Server role at Southminster is unique in that it offers more than just the conventional server experience. This role is perfect for individuals who want to make a genuine impact by delivering excellent service in a meaningful context. Dining Servers at Southminster are integral to the overall resident experience, providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service that greatly enhances mealtime comfort and satisfaction. In addition to competitive pay, employees enjoy numerous benefits, such as up to 6% matching on a 403b retirement plan, access to an Employee Assistance Program, discounted meals, and an onsite fitness center. The environment is supportive and team-oriented, emphasizing respect, communication, and purpose-driven work. This position involves working in a dynamic and high-volume setting, managing multiple dining venues and special events like catering and banquets. As such, it offers valuable experience and growth potential for dining professionals committed to excellence and resident satisfaction.
