Hamptons Aristocrat is currently seeking full-time and ad hoc Private Chefs as well as ad hoc Kitchen Assistants to join their Private Chef Roster. This opportunity is available across multiple locations, including NYC, The Hamptons, Palm Beach, and Miami, and requires flexibility and willingness to commute. The role diverges significantly from a traditional private chef position. Chefs do not engage in menu planning or client correspondence; instead, all provisions and instructions are provided. The company offers a training period to ensure that team members are fully equipped to excel in this unique service model. New hires may be assigned various rates based on the nature and experience requirements of different ad hoc assignments. Compensation ranges from $35 to $100 per hour depending on role and experience, with additional benefits such as 401K and health insurance options available. Job Requirements

  • Must have experience cooking in a Michelin restaurant
  • Prior experience as a Private Chef in high-net-worth homes or as an Executive Chef required for Private Chef placement
  • Willingness to start as a kitchen assistant if necessary with opportunity for promotion
  • Must complete a kitchen trial prior to placement
  • Ability to replicate lookbooks
  • Excellent culinary skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be clean and have a great attitude
  • Must be available most weekends and holidays
  • Flexibility to work in NYC, Hamptons, Palm Beach, and Miami
  • Willingness to commute
  • Must be team-oriented
