The Fuel Delivery Driver role at Ag Plus is critical in ensuring that agricultural and industrial customers receive timely and safe deliveries of petroleum products, including gasoline, diesel fuel, lubricants, and Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF). This position requires adherence to all local, state, and federal safety regulations, including those mandated by the Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). The driver is responsible not only for the safe operation of commercial vehicles but also for performing daily vehicle inspections, maintaining accurate delivery documentation, and communicating efficiently with dispatch and customers to facilitate smooth delivery operations. Because fuel products are hazardous, this role demands a strong understanding of safety protocols and hazardous materials handling. The Fuel Delivery Driver acts as a vital link between Ag Plus and its customers, embodying the cooperative’s values through exceptional customer service and professionalism.
