The Front Office Supervisor position at OTO Development offers an hourly wage of $23.75, which exceeds the national average, providing a rewarding compensation package for qualified candidates. This position plays a vital role within the property department, reporting directly to the General Manager. A Front Office Supervisor is primarily responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for hotel guests from check-in to check-out. This role involves assisting guests efficiently through the check-in and check-out process, handling financial transactions with accuracy and integrity, and using the hotel’s electronic reservation system and other computer programs to maintain smooth operational workflows.

This physically demanding position requires the candidate to be comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods. While the position demands little to no travel outside the property, it requires a strong presence on site to deliver exceptional guest service and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. The Front Office Supervisor role is perfect for an individual who loves working with people, excels in communication, thrives in a team environment, and is dedicated to solving problems and finding solutions to ensure the best possible guest experience. This opportunity is an excellent fit for hospitality professionals eager to grow their careers with a reputable and award-winning hotel management company.
